I'm a little late to the party, but here's my post for the June #kidlitartpostcard day anniversary!

The theme was "you, as a kid".

I'm a triplet, so a post of me as a kid was always going to include my two brothers (one of whom is @dgra

I've been a long time fan of the Wayside Chapel @thewaysidechapel.
I have so much respect for the work they do, and how they do it - with open hands and hearts, no judgement, offering a place where all are welcome and accepted, just as they are.

Yesterday I took the kids to Gleebooks for a special celebration for @_annawalker_ 's new book The Dream Keeper.

What a magical morning it was!
Anna talked about the creative process that brought this gorgeous book into the world, and I am in awe

I acknowledge and pay my respects to the Traditional Custodians of the lands on which I work and live, the Gayamaygal people, and the Eora and Darug nations.
I promise to walk softly and gently on these lands.
I respectfully acknowledge Indigenous Elders and leaders of the past and present, and I commit to listening deeply to their wisdom and knowledge.
